Vote Tuesday, July 8th, 2014 at the Maynard Fire Department.
The Maynard School District is seeking a Media Specialist for grades K-12. Applications may be obtained by contacting the Superintendent’s office at 870-647-3502 or on the district website at maynard.nesc.k12.ar.us
Applications will be accepted until the position is filled. Please mail all applications and resumes to: Office of the Superintendent, Maynard School District, 74 Campus Drive, Maynard, AR 72444. Maynard School District does not discriminate on the basis of race, color, national origin, sex, age, qualified handicap or other factor, and complies with all applicable regulations on non-discrimination.
If you attended the Maynard School District and graduated or were dismissed from Special Education classes in 2009, you may obtain your Special Education records at the principal's office before June 25, 2014. Federal law requires that any Special Education records not collected before June 25, 2014 be destroyed. THESE ARE NOT YOUR CHILD'S PERMANENT SCHOOL RECORDS. They are Special Education records only for those who graduated or were dismissed in 2009.
The Board meeting for June has been rescheduled for tomorrow night (Thursday, June 5) at 7:00 in the High School Library.
The School Board will be meeting with architects next Tuesday, June 3, starting at 5:00 in the High School Library.
There will be a called School Board meeting Monday (May 5) at 5:00 and the regular meeting has been rescheduled for Thursday (May 8) at 7:00. Both meetings will be in the High School Library.
This year's Alumni Games are on Thursday May 8 at 5:30. The SG will play the Alumni Women followed by the SB against the Alumni Men. The cost to play is $3. Admission for adults and students is $3.
The booster club will be selling drinks and candy in the concession stand.
